Omegaddox ComplexCapsules is a supplement containing unsaturated Omega-3, Omega-6 & Omega 9 fatty acids blended from 3 natural oils plus Vitamin E. These mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are known heart- & cardiovascular health supporting factors in the so-called Mediterranean diet.

The EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) covered impressive health effects: EPA & DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA & DHA, from all sources! Althought the body can form EPA & DHA from ALA, deap-sea-fish is the direct and most effective source for EPA & DHA.

ALA and LA, both contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Although the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA, respectively 10 g of LA, and from all sources, it is hardly probable to have that gaps in supply. Oleic acid (OA) is an unsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Omegaddox Complex Capsules contains Vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
